Would have been interesting to see how many older songs she'd have included. Don't think Kylie would have gone any further back than Better The Devil You Know.

To be honest, the two festival appearances in 1995 should act as guidance for any songs she would or wouldn't have done.
Plus others to make a full setlist of course but I feel almost certain she wouldn't have touched anything before Rhythm Of Love in 1995. Too cringe for her.
So what did she perform on those festivals?
Why did she decide not to tour at all?
I went to the Glasgow T In The Park Festival back in 1995 and the set list was...
Confide in Me
Where Is The Feeling
Surrender
Automatic Love
Where The Wild Roses Grow with Nick Cave
Put Yourself In My Place
Shocked
Time Will Pass You By
Better The Devil You Know
Just watched this in full on YouTube having only seen odd clips before. Really enjoyed it, there’s so few live moments from this era it’s fascinating to see where she was as a performer https://youtu.be/oDZEx-R4fRw
