Silent Lover's main vocals are definitely Dannii's. I read somewhere on the web that she was intentionally or unintentionally but miscredited with Kelli Severson.
(I think it was Tecuja Komuro - co-producer of the track - who said in an interview that it was Dannii who provided the vocals)
Dannii has a distinctive voice enough to stand out and recognize. ^^
