She can do that, but she won't do that. She's said she's just making music without the pressure of labels. Hence a single every now and again. Also releasing a single and not promoting it except a one off gig is never gonna do anything anyway.

She should put three songs out on Pledge music, ie Holding On, Galaxy, and Summer Of Love (remixed again, maybe call it the 2019 remix) and then build a campaign for people on pledge to pledge money in the UK/Oz towards the costs of recording an additional 8-10 songs, for inclusion on an album released on Pledge in 2019 (her sixth) which users can pledge and buy,

Pledge for 10 brand new songs and a brand new album, plus the inclusion of Holding On, Still Disco, Galaxy, and Summer Of Love (reworked)
, also two brand new music videos, and sold on vinyl (2000 copies) cd (6500 copies), 500 signed, 4000 standard cd 2000 deluxe with a bonus cd of remixes, plus a digital (unlimited) copy and a cassette (500 copies.)

Plus meet and greet package, and a chance to be in the music video deal.
