I always find it interesting to look at Kylie’s top cities internationally for Spotify listeners:

113,436 listeners

She clearly has quite a dedicated Central and South American fanbase (have seen Brazil pop-up previously as well) so I am surprised she hasn’t spent more time there touring or promoting her music across that region.

Also interesting to see London with its much greater population below Sydney and basically on-par with Melbourne, and no other UK or European cities in the top 5. Perhaps Australians have just been faster adopters of streaming technology over more traditional ways of consuming music. I’ve also seen Brisbane in the top 5 previously as well.

Mexico City is on first place almost all the time. Before that I never knew she is basically more popular there than in London, Sydney etc. It was a nice surprise and I like it, and I wonder what's the real reason for that. She is not latino star. She never spend long periods of time in that part of the world for promo and so on. It's far away from her other main markets. In the UK and Aus she has iconic status and is a household name. She is famous in continental Europe too. But why Mexico out of all the other central and south american countries..... interesting
