Yes and No!...lol. Your correct it was shown on ITV London and some other ITV regions including Central around this time, but not the ITV Network! Sky One definitely broadcast it BEFORE the ITV Granada an other ITV regions.

The dubbed version was definitely shown on Yorkshire TV Christmas 1989. That's what I do know.
