I would love it if they haloweened it by pretending in this case that number 3 and 4 didn't happen, I think attaching it to scream 2 20 odd years later would give them alot to work with

Whilst I agree that Scream 3 was a complete mess, I actually enjoyed the majority of 4, especially the Kirby character. I'm not sure picking up after Scream 2 would really make much difference? What could they do differently there that they couldn't simply do by picking up after 4 other than pretending those films didn't happen... Scream 3/4's existence doesn't prevent them from telling any story they might want to but can't because "such and such happened in Scream 3 etc.)

I suppose the only thing they could do is re-write the Maureen Prescott background so that she wasn't a B-movie actress and then do something different with that character's backstory to enable Scream 5 to focus on that but...... based on the brief synopsis of what the movie will be about I don't think Sidney or her backstory will play too much of a role this time.

It looks really good, nothing we haven‘t seen before… but I enjoyed Scream 4 and I‘ll definitely be there for the new one.

And how fit do the original girls look?!?!

I'm not a fan of horror at all but loved these movies and will see this.

The trailer made me jump so I'm sure I'll be a nervous wreck in the cinema.

Yeh seems to be doing brilliantly with the critics. Got my tickets booked for Friday
We’re all Glitter and Tears in the Moonlight...

So what you waiting for? Get up on the floor!
