It's pretty messy cause we dont't have the original picture or the cover in HQ yet, but I already tried some things...

I like the cover. It's not quite what I expected. It's somewhere between seeming totally camp and mature at the same time. A clear throwback to the disco artworks of the 70s. Will look great physically

So many great points you all are making:

    -Totally Showgirls/Nomi

-The shining light also being a metaphor for the radiance Kylie is about to serve during a shitty year.

-Disco, love the name now as someone else mentioned Kylie is owning the genre with its resurgence. (Goddess)

-Love the pose, looks like she’s in the middle of performing. Someone also mentioned it has an “air”.

It’s dramatic and edgy, something I wasn’t sure we’d see from Kylie after X.

Sooo good! Disco Goddess is coming!
    I totally agree with this.

When I saw it initially I was convinced it’s fake.

It does look cheap, but so does most iconic covers from the disco era.

This also will stand out on shelves.

The more I look at it the more I really love it.

I actually really like the 2 fonts. Disco has a classic disco aesthetic and “Kylie”, also retro, 80s is more bold and electric looking. I like her name standing out.

I don’t agree with the “cheap” comments. It’s very striking and camp and they went for a retro look.

Retro doesn’t mean cheap. If you wanna see cheap, go look at the retro album cover for “Rain on me”. That’s cheap.

I can understand how some of you may not like it but there’s a obvious “envy” with a very select few. Shady.

The Disco Goddess has arrived! The cover image is perfect, retro cool. Love it.

How amazing will this cover look in 12" vinyl. Hope there's a picture disc of this on one side and a disco ball on the back. Or a silver glitter coloured vinyl.

My only worry is that if it's released November there'll be other big names releasing ahead of the Christmas market and could miss out on that number one spot.
