I'll be surprised if this gets through the semi finals.

I'm pleasantly surprised with the UK song though. It's very instant. It should go down well.

It's never been so low in the odds i think(15)
But people seem to like it.

i am on the fence.. i like the concept, and the song even maybe.. i just find her very unlikable

So we have all the songs and I still think it is one of the weakest years we've had lately. I love the Lithuanian entry and don't mind a couple more, but that's it for me.

You're right.. well i wouldn't call it the weakest, cause there are some quality songs there, but the really good ones aren't Eurovision material per se
But certainly one of the less exciting ones. There's a lot of Dua Lipa, Billie Eilish and a lot of typical generic songs.

    There's no Little Big

    Anyway...
I love Ukraine and Romania (love the video)
I like Malta because of the singer, but her song for 2020 was soo much better

I like Italy and Finland as well.. and some other songs

    Denmark is super cringe tho
It is the only really cringe song tho

actually i don't think it's such a bad year haha. Just not super exciting

The European Broadcasting Union (EBU) has announced the introduction of the Wintervision Song Contest.

Sweden will host the inaugural Contest in Jukkasjärvi during December 2022.

Inspired partly by the Winter Olympics, the Wintervision Song Contest will take place once every two years and will be performed entirely on snow and ice.

Local authorities in the Kiruna Municipality will create a spectacular temporary open-air venue for the Contest, the Snow Globen Arena, which will seat up to 2,000 spectators against a backdrop of glistening ice forests, frolicking reindeer and, of course, the aurora borealis.

So far, 15 EBU Members have confirmed their participation with more expected to follow.

As hosts, Sweden automatically qualify for the Grand Final alongside the ‘Frosty 5’ broadcasters from those competing nations with the highest snowfall: Norway, Russia, Iceland, Finland and Switzerland (Alps).
