Was playing some old 7" records today and noticed the UK poster pack has the Australian single mix, rather than UK. Anyone know why they made this odd choice?

Was playing some old 7" records today and noticed the UK poster pack has the Australian single mix, rather than UK. Anyone know why they made this odd choice?
Good spot. Never noticed that before. Used to only play the standard 7" back then so never noticed the Aussie mix was used on the poster pack 7".
